Pointing out to the ATS’ claim that the conspiracy was hatched in Bihar, MNS chief Raj Thackeray said that this was why the influx of north Indians in Mumbai needs to be controlled. “Now, it is clear that the conspiracy was hatched in Bihar. When I had said that earlier, people pounced on me for targeting north Indians. But I had said those things after I received information,” he said.
