The Delhi high court on Friday questioned bail being granted to 2G scam accused R.K. Chandolia, saying it would impact the bail application of another accused, former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura, and said “in case
Chandolia has not been released on bail, there shall be a stay on the operation of the trial court order”.
Mr Chandolia was, however, released from Tihar Jail on Thursday evening, ahead of Friday’s high court order.
