All the 14 individuals accused in the second generation (2G) spectrum allocation case on Wednesday challenged in the Delhi High Court the special court order to shift the trial to the Tihar jail court complex.
A special CBI court had on Tuesday shifted the trial in the 2G spectrum case to the Tihar Jail complex following a Delhi High Court order. The next hearing is to be held in a courtroom in the prison premises Nov 24.
