The multi-crore Lavasa project - a township near Pune, Maharashtra - has received conditional clearance from the Environment ministry.
The project hit a roadblock after it was accused of violating environment guidlines. After Tuesday's nod, the housing plan will go ahead with few, if not all, proposed units.
