‘Power’ful in basketball

Kerala State Electricity Board Thiruvananthapuram (KSEB) started their campaign in style winning all the games they played in the second week of Mahindra NBA Basketball Challenge in men’s category at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Kochi.

The electricity boardstunned their opponents with a 53-27 victory over Royal Club Manjeri and trounced Don Bosco Irinjalakuda 62-32 in straight two consecutive games.

The team also secured a win against Sacred Heart College 32-24 to top group A. In another match in the men’s category, FISAT Angamally defeated Thiruvalla Basketball Club 45-37.
