Delhi to host FEI event
The Capital’s Army Polo & Riding Club, will host the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) World Jumping Challenge 2012 from November 18 to 22 at the Army Equestrian Centre in Delhi Cantt under the aegis of the Equestrian Federation of India.
There will be three categories A (1.20 metres), B (1.10m) and C (1.00). For Categories A and B, the complete competition consists of two competitions of two rounds and for Category C, one competition of four rounds over different courses designed by a course designer appointed by the FEI.
Close to 150 riders including names like Ajay Appachu, Yashaan Khambatta, N.S. Sandhu, Rohit Dagar, Gulab Singh, Danni Swittens and Aroon Meraba Shetty will be seen in action during the competition.
