Waitress assaulted Lindsay

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan has alleged that she was assaulted by a waitress “for no reason” while she was partying at a club. The Mean Girls star, who turned 24 on Saturday, said that she was enjoying a night out at an eatery when suddenly one of the staff members turned hostile.
“A waitress just hit me — punched me for no reason,” Lohan posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.
Lohan was partying with friends including Paris Hilton’s ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt and Brit rugby player Danny Cipriani, when the incident took place. But the club worker, Jasmine Waltz, has denied the allegations, branding Lohan a “train wreck”. “All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional. I didn’t hit her. But I’d like too.”
