Princess-to-be Kate Middleton turns 29

Princess-to-be Kate Middleton, who turned 29 today, celebrated her last birthday as a commoner privately with some close friends and her husband-to-be Prince William in southern England.

This was her last birthday before her April 29 nuptials with 28-year-old Prince William, the second in line to the British throne.
Away from the media glare, Middleton celebrated her 29th birthday with her family, close friends and Prince William at Bucklebury in southern England, media here reported.
Britain’s royal palace on Wednesday said Prince William and Kate Middleton would be married by Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, at a Westminster Abbey service on April 29. The couple got engaged while on holiday in Kenya in October last year.
