Reality TV star Kim Kardashian says she feared walking down the aisle alone after the death of her father. The 30-year-old celebrity, whose father Robert Kardashian passed away in 2003 — insists that she has overcome

her fears of a solo walk after being assured that her step father, Bruce Jenner — will accompany her when she marries basketball star Kris Humphries on Saturday, reported Contactmusic.

"I was so nervous to walk down the aisle by myself. For some reason I wasn't thinking, like, 'Oh, Bruce will be there right with me', so I was thinking, 'I'm gonna fall, I'm gonna faint, oh my God, my train!'" she said.

Kim and Kris are scheduled to tie the knot on August 20 in a lavish ceremony.
