Jessica Alba taking cooking classes

Hollywood actress Jessica Alba has enrolled into a cooking course to hone her cullinary skills. The 30-year-old star, who is expecting her second child with husband Cash Warren, is taking is taking classes at the Epicurean School of Culinary Arts, reported Star magazine.

"She figured it would be fun and informative. She's actually a good cook. But there's one tasty exercise the actress has yet to master. Her next class will be for baking — it's the one thing she isn't good at," a source said.

Alba started cooking for herself at a young age, so obviously she isn't afraid when things get too hot in the kitchen.

"Everyone in my family is heavily overweight. I wanted to be healthier, so I started cooking for myself when I was 12 years old," said the 'Fantastic Four' star.

Alba has evolved from cooking for herself to her entire family. Last December, she prepared the entire Christmas dinner for her family.

"Merry Christmas tweeples. Presents wrapped now onto X-Mas din shopping. Who else is cooking an organic X-Mas din? What's on ur menu?" she tweeted to her fans.
