Hefner: Monogamy is unnatural

Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner finds monogamy “unnatural” but insists he will try to be faithful to his fiancée Crystal Harris.

The 85-year-old, who is famed for his multiple simultaneous dating, is set to tie the knot for the third time with Harris, 24, and feels remaining loyal is difficult, reported Contactmusic.
“I’m totally capable of being a good husband. I can be devoted, sensitive. Faithful? Yes. Absolutely. I do think that monogamy is possible. I just don’t think it’s the natural way of things,” said Hefner.
The tycoon, who says he wants to spend his remaining life with Harris, admits that his relationship with her is that of a “student-teacher.”
“I wasn’t planning to get married again but I can’t imagine meeting anyone I’d get on better with. People make so much of the age gap, but we have a lot in common,” said Hefner.
“Yes, there’s a certain student-teacher quality to our relationship, but surrounding myself with younger people helps keep me younger,” he added. Hefner, however, blamed his reserved upbringing for his multiple relationships in life. —PTI
