Gaga rants at former personal assistant over pay battle

Lady Gaga has ranted against her former personal assistant who has sued the pop star over unpaid dues. The Born This Way hitmaker blasted Jennifer O’Neill in a sworn deposition as a “hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn’t earn”, reported New York Post.

“She’s just — she thinks she’s just like the queen of the universe,” Gaga ranted in the court records. “And, you know what, she didn’t want to be a slave to one, because in my work and what I do, I’m the queen of the universe every day,” Gaga said in the six-hour testimony in a Midtown Manhattan law office.

Gaga’s foulmouthed assertions came in response to a 2011 suit filed in Manhattan federal court by O’Neill, who claims she’s owed overtime for serving at Gaga’s “beck and call” around the clock while the singer’s career skyrocketed between early 2009 and March 2011.
