Dogg gig off over low ticket sales
A concert by rapper Snoop Dogg was axed at the 11th hour after promoters sold just 200 tickets. The 40-year-old was due to perform at the 700-capacity Lone Star Amphitheater in Lubbock, Texas but the show was cancelled after poor sales, reported Contactmusic.
“Snoop’s show had sold less than 200 tickets in advance... Lubbock concert-goers need to buy their tickets in advance if they want these shows to happen,” said a spokesman.

Stewart proud of going topless
London: Actress Kristen Stewart received criticism for her topless act in the forthcoming movie On The Road, but she says she is proud of her decision.
The 22-year-old, known for her role in the Twilight movies, has done a semi-naked scene in the film for which she received criticism from moviegoers.
“People are really predictable. I completely expected that. I can’t say it’s not a little bit jarring, but it’s jarring in the right way. I wanted it to be. I’m really proud of it,” Stewart said.
