Browning, Barrett love letters online
“I love your verses with all my heart, dear Miss Barrett...” So begins the first love letter to 19th century poet Elizabeth Barrett from her future husband, fellow poet Robert Browning.
Their 573 love letters, which capture their courtship, their blossoming love and their forbidden marriage, have long fascinated scholars and poetry fans.
Though transcriptions of their correspondence have been published in the past, the hand-written letters could only be seen at Wellesley College, where the collection has been kept since 1930. But beginning on Tuesday, the Valentine’s Day, their famous love letters will become available online where readers can see them — just as they were written — with creased paper, fading ink, quill pen cross outs, and even the envelopes the two poets used.
The digitisation project is a collaboration between Wellesley and Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel to marry?
Popstar Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are reportedly planning their wedding.
The pair, who are dating each other for quite a long time, were spotted having a relaxed lunch meeting with their wedding planner at Los Angeles’ Soho House on February 3, Showbizspy online reported.
“Jessica’s told Justin she wants to get married outside at sunset,” said a friend of the couple.
The pair began dating in early 2007. After four years together, they announced a split in March 2011, but by fall 2011, they had reunited. In late December, Timberlake, 31, proposed to Biel in the mountains of Jackson.
