Amy creates scene in front of Zulu king
She often grabs headlines with her drunken antics but singer Amy Winehouse topped her own record when she created a scene in front of Goodwill Zwelthini, the king of the African tribe of Zulus.
The Grammy Award winning singer was at the gala launch of a restaurant, when she ended up having a wardrobe malfunction in front of the royal, who was there as a special guest.
Winehouse was already drunk when she arrived at the venue with boyfriend Reg Traviss. While the other 200 diners gave the king a standing ovation when he entered the room, Traviss had to drag Winehouse on to her feet in a bid to show some respect, reported Sun online.
The king then made a 15-minute speech which the singer ignored as she nodded off on her boyfriend’s lap, exposing her breasts.
