‘Walking fast, strong grip key to longevity’
Want to live longer? Keep up a good pace when you walk and greet your friends with a strong, firm handshake when you meet them, says a new study.
Researchers at University College London have found that people who walk fast are almost three times less likely to die early than those who walk slowly; and those with strong grip are one-and-a-half times more likely to live longer than people with a weak one.
The researchers came to the conclusion on an analysis of 33 researches involving more than 50,000 men and women who were mostly over 70, the Daily Express reported. it may be possible to spot and help patients long before they suffer any injury, according to the researchers.

Brazilian removes world’s largest breast implants
Texas: Brazilian born housewife Sheyla Hershey, who is widely known for her large M cup breast implants, has had to undergo surgery to remove them after she suffered severe infections.
Hershey, 30, has been battling to save her implants for the past three months, but unfortunately the infection has become so bad that she has had to remove them and most of her own breast tissue too.
She revealed that her surgeon discovered during surgery that most of her tissue was too damaged to save, and tried to save just enough to attempt reconstructive surgery within three or four months. Hershey tried to achieve fame by having the largest breasts in the world. —ANI
