L&T Infra to raise `700cr via bonds

L&T Infrastructure Finance, an infrastructure financing firm, said on Tuesday that it plans to raise up to `700 crore from retail investors through a long-term tax-saving infrastructure bond issue. The bonds would have a 10 year maturity period and would be in the nature of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures. The issue will close on November 2.
