Gati mulls South Asian acquisitions

Gati Ltd plans to buy companies in South Asia by 2010-11 (July-June) with proceeds from stake sale in shipping and real estate arms funding its acquisitions. “After we unlock value from the shipping and the real estate subsidiaries, we will have funds and we will look to acquire some companies,” managing director, Mr Mahindra Agarwal, told NewsWire18 on Wednesday.
