Where was this romantic proposal staged?
Jordan Seibert was asked for her hand in marriage by boyfriend Joseph Gonzales on top of San Francisco’s iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Joseph had surprised Jordan the day before the extraordinary proposal by inviting her to join him on a private tour of the bridge. The romantic boyfriend said that a friend who works at the Golden Gate Bridge helped him plan the proposal.
Joseph said that Jordan began crying when he went down on one knee, The Daily Mail reported. What’s stranger was that a Good Samaritan, noticing this, decided to pursue the car, bearing the coffee mug. Upon catching up with it, the motorcycle rider handed the mug to the abstracted driver who poured out the remains, remarking that it had gone cold, The Daily Mail reported. Sleep deprivation does make one churlish!

According to The Daily Mail, a bonfire is prepared each year for the Eleventh Night, to commemorate the Battle of the Boyne in 1690, and it was set to take place on July 12. This structure which comprises more than 25 layers of tyres and pallets, came tumbling to the ground under its own weight. The pile is often stacked by their thousands and these tyres in such bonfires around the region cast a plume of fire — and thick, toxic smoke caused by burning plastic into the night sky.
