Unlock the subconscious

Today most of us face the problem of negative thinking and beliefs. It’s these negative thinking and beliefs that create some unhappy experiences in life. If you want to unplug yourself from the negative energies, just re-programme your subconscious mind.

The human mind is like a warehouse where we can store all our life experiences, impressions, beliefs, ideas, life lessons and many more things, just like a computer hard disk. The way virus damages the hard disk, negative imprints damage or disturb our life in the same manner. The power of subconscious mind heals the virus of negative imprints.
Scientific studies have proved that the human mind has an internal and external sensory system that monitors the entire human body. Internally, our entire body functions are controlled by our subconscious mind followed by the nervous system — it monitors blood flow, digestion, organ functioning, viral infection, cell communication and healing of cuts. Externally, it monitors our sense vibration of light, touch, taste, smell and sound.

Quick steps to access the subconscious mind:
Lie on your back. Take several breaths while exhaling silently. Feel that you are exhaling all negative thoughts and while inhaling you are taking in all the positivity from the Universe. Invoke universal energy of your guru or angels to guide you in this process.
After making yourself peaceful and comfortable, count in reverse order from 20 to 0 and each time observe your breathing. After counting, give a suggestion — a statement that is completely in the present tense. For example, to stop smoking choose a positive affirmation like, “I am strong enough to quit smoking”. Repeat the affirmations at least 21, 11 or 7 times. While repeating, feel the happiness around you. After this, silently and with a relaxed mind count 1 to 5 and gradually open your eyes.
To come out of any negative thinking pattern, frame a sentence that is positive. Make every moment of life healthier and happier with the power of the subconscious mind.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
