I am a 25-year-old male. My problem is that whenever I talk to my girlfriend about sex, I get passionate and I ejaculate some liquid from my penis. It happens even when I talk to her on phone.

The liquid that comes out is very sticky. I had sex with my girlfriend four to five times. I noticed that I ejaculated a lot more the first time I had sex compared to the other times. Is there something to worry about? Also, before intercourse we had lot of oral sex. Even while doing that I lubricated some liquid. Is this natural?

The liquid you mentioned is known as pre coital secretions or para urethral glands secretion. The presence of this indicates that your sexual apparatus is in good condition.Just as your mouth waters, when you see or smell tasty food with good aroma, the glands surrounding the urinary / sexual passage in the penis gets activated by sexual arousal. But for this secretions the man will experience pain during ejaculation. This precoital secretion lubricates the internal urinary passage. Ejaculation will occur faster in the first sexual intercourse ( in a session) and will be delayed in the second intercourse in the same session. This is a normal occurrence.
