Potted plants for tabletops
Like any pretty but expensive centerpiece, a smart table centerpiece created with small terracotta pots planted with herbs or flowering annuals works wonders too. All it requires is imagination and time.
Requirement:
Designer terracotta pots
Small herbs or plants
Ribbon or colourful glue cabochons
Pebbles (around 50 of them)
Method:
Get multi-coloured or designer terracotta pots of your choice. Plant them with herbs or flowering annuals. Make sure to separate the herbs from larger plants.
Tie each pot with a strip of ribbon and glue cabochons around the outside. Keep them on a tray or dish to avoid water leak.
If the potting soil on top of the pots is visible, spread cabochons or pebbles on it as a cover.
These cute and casual centerpieces will cost less than `100 each, and you can plant them in larger containers or in a small pot as a table centerpiece when the party is over.
