Mike wants to work in Bollywood

With Bollywood carving a niche for itself on the turf of world cinema, our industry seems to getting many more takers in Hollywood. After Steven Spielberg and Leonardo Di Caprio, the latest actor to have expressed his desire to work in India is Mike Vogel, who plays a negative role in Big CBS Love’s hit series Under the Dome.
Sharing his thoughts on Indian cinema, Vogel says, “I am familiar with Bollywood. I would certainly be interested in doing a film here. I find it interesting that there is a whole other film industry out there besides Hollywood, and the amount of creativity that is flowing from both places to so many people throughout the world.”
Vogel’s folio includes some impressive projects such as The Help, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Poseidon and Cloverfield. The actor also talks about his impending trip to India and reveals why he had to reschedule it this time around. “I was going to come next month, but my wife and I are expecting our third child then, so that wouldn’t have worked. I look forward to experiencing the colourful culture.”
