Kareena to sizzle with south star Karan?

If this comes true, then it is a huge coup of sorts! According to a press release from director turned producer Vadivudayan, talks are on to rope in either Kareena Kapoor or Vidya Balan, Bollywood’s hotties, for his next multilingual film with Karan in the lead.
Titled Sokkanathan in Tamil, the film is being made in Telugu and Hindi as well. Apparently, Thambi Vettothi Sundaram that Karan did with the same filmmaker was a runaway hit. That apart, sources say that there will be ten popular heroes making their appearances in the film.
Vadivudayan says, “We have initiated the talks with both the actresses. They have requested for the script. We are in the process of sending it to them.”
Alright, Karan may have appeared in a scooter ad along with Kareena Kapoor who was the National Ambassador for the product a few months back. But was that the sole reason for the makers of Sokkanathan to reach out to ravishing Kareena for their film? Sources say that the film has an unimaginably huge canvas and the heroine’s character is of utmost importance, which demands an actress like Bebo or Vidya. Besides, the film is also being made in Hindi which means a popular B’town star would be an apt choice, the source adds.
