Jasveer is excited about her cameo in Veer Shivaji

Television actress Jasveer Kaur, who has been away for a while from the show CID, is back again on Veer Shivaji on Colors. The actress is playing the cameo as a character called Gauhar Khan.
“When I came to know about the auditions for this character, I just approached Ayad Khan. I was selected without auditions in a day or so,” she says. Veer Shivaji is a historical saga based on the life of Shivaji and the entire cast seems to be having a lot of fun shooting for the show.
Speaking about the character she plays, Jasveer says that she likes it a lot because she hasn’t played a character like this before in any of the shows she has done till now. “Although, it’s a cameo role, I don’t mind it. This is very different from all the characters I have been playing on various other TV shows. This is a very unique role in a unique show. Here, I get a chance to dance, something which I have been doing personally for myself. I shoot, then take a break for a few days and come back again for the show. Besides, it’s always fun hanging out with the entire starcast,” she says.
The actress, who recently had taken a break from shooting for the show, says she spent all her free time shopping and chilling with friends.
