‘I hope Pooja wins’
She was the most non-controversial member on the Bigg Boss show, but that still couldn’t help save Raageshwari Loomba from eviction. The singer-actress got eliminated yesterday, but said she was content with her experiences on the show.
“It was a life-altering experience. It was so illuminating to have small little things that we are used to magnify in their importance. Automatically you flare up, your ego becomes fragile and you lose your cool at the drop of a hat. I observed all this and I realised that love is the most important emotion at such a time. Because the moment we don’t have this, we flare up. These are the beautiful things that I’ve learnt inside the house,” Raageshwari said.
Indeed, while most contestants had frequent flare ups, Raageshwari was often the only one to maintain her calm. Was this low profile the reason for her exit though? “It’s perceived that Bigg Boss is a controversial show, but we were never given any such brief. I was never told anything other than to be myself, so I did that,” she says. “My entire intention to do the show was to generate good work. So for me, that exercise has been successful,” she added.
While Raageshwari was cordial with everyone inside the close, her proximity to Pooja Bedi was evident. “Pooja Bedi is like a sister to me. She was very protective of me. I know it’ll take sometime for her to adjust to my absence but I’m sure she’ll do just fine after that. I really wish she wins the show, and if she can’t, then either Juhi Parmar or Vida Samadzai should,” she expressed.
