With the realty sector getting more organised, realtors and developers are in search of innovative concepts especially those pertaining to creating healthier and greener ways of living. Rajender Mittal, Founder of Aarcity Infrastructure is one of the few realtors who has always advocated the cause of the environment. His company’s latest residential project, Regency Park, in Greater NOIDA has been designed in such a way that the maximum use of solar energy can be made with zero CO2 emissions.
“This project’s attractive architectural style will help maintain the temperature of the house in accordance with the existing environmental conditions thereby minimising the impact of global warming. The architectural design integrates photovoltaic panels to capture solar energy during winter and the circulation of air in summer. Other passive environmental strategies make the residence a bio climatic machine. The project also has a rain water harvesting system and a water softening plant,” says Mittal. “In this era of global warming and the depletion of natural resources, we should be directly responsible for protecting our environment and it is our constant endeavour to seek new ways to safeguard it,” he adds.
