Braveheart Shahid turns Bollywood’s action hero

Shahid Kapoor seems to be attempting to change the romantic hero image that he has in the industry. While we had earlier heard that he performed some deadly stunts for Rambo Rajkumar, we now hear his upcoming film Phata Poster Nikhla Hero has some daring action sequences. Shahid had to jump off the third floor of a building for a sequence in the film.
Our source says, “Shahid had to practise for two days for the final shot where he had to tear the poster and come out like a hero. The filmmakers made him practice again and again to get the perfect shot. On the first two days he had to practise at a normal place and later he was taken to the venue where he had to jump from the third floor in Mysore. Shahid being a professional, did the needful without uttering a word. The first shoot was for the promo and the second one was for the film. Yes we have taken our title very
literally.”
