Bhajji’s new innings

Harbhajan Singh is gearing to spin on a different pitch. The Indian bowler, who is currently not playing because of his injury, has been roped in as the goodwill ambassador of sports entertainment reality show called Tata Prima Trucks Ring Ka King.
When asked him about his return to television after dance reality show Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, the cricketer said, “I love watching other sports as well and with this show I got an opportunity to become part of a show, which promotes wrestling, so I took it up,” said Harbhajan.
The show will feature top Indian and international wrestling superstars including Jeff Jarrett, Matt Morgan, Jwala, Mahabali Veera, and Romeo Rapta among others.
Harbhajan, who names Dara Singh and Jeff Jarrett among his favourite wrestlers, revealed that he has been fond of the sport since childhood. “As a teenager, I used to love watching wrestling on television. Famous wrestler Jeff Jarrett was one of my favourites. I’m glad he is coming to India,” he said.
