Aditi turns singer for H’wood animation movie

One of the most successful animation franchises in India, the Ice Age series is back with the fourth instalment of fun! The latest on the film is that actress Aditi Rao Hydari has been roped in to sing a special Hindi version of the Ice Age theme song We Are Family. The international version which has been sung by Jennifer Lopez and other actors will be given a unique Indian touch with a music video being planned as well.

Aditi who was last in London, Paris, New York opposite singer turned actor Ali Zafar is excited and looking forward to her association with the movie. “Yes, I am singing the Hindi version of We Are Family and will feature in a special music video as well,” enthuses Aditi. Apparently, she is a huge fan of the series. “The series just grew on me. I feel that the antics and funny camaraderie of Sid, Manny and Diego make this series very entertaining. I can watch it over and over again! I love how these completely different animals become friends unwittingly and go through the most unusual and unique adventures together in each film. It is perhaps one of the best examples of a complete family film, where there is something for each and every member,” she smiles.
The film’s release will be the biggest release for an animated film in India.
