Bogus nationalism

It was shocking to see an MLA of the BJP and a Congress municipal corporation chairman indulge in fisticuffs over who would unfurl the tricolour at a function in Mussoorie on Independence Day. Considering the tragedy in Uttarakhand, the death of our jawans along the Line of Control and the death of 18 sailors killed onboard the INS Sindhurakshak, I strongly feel the national flag should have been flown at half-mast.
