TMC moves motion on lawless state

The Trinamul Congress legislature party on Wednesday moved a motion in the House seeking discussion on the lawlessness and volatile situation in the state. Speaker Hashim Abdul Halim admitted the motion and will fix a date and time for a discussion on it on the floor of the Assembly.

Leader of Opposition Partha Chatterjee said, “We have moved a motion seeking discussion on the present lawlessness and volatile situation in the state. The Speaker has admitted the motion.” He also informed that the Trinamul Congress would also request the Congress to take part in the discussion for the motion. Congress Legislature Party leader Manas Bhunia said, “The Congress will join it.”
