Office administration is referred to as the management of day-to-day activities pertaining to the financial planning, billing, maintenance of records of the employees etc. of a company. To become a good office administrator, one should be self-motivating, determined, presentable, well dressed, and confident and should have the ability to think out of the box. He/she should have good communication skills and should be fit for multi-tasking.
Most of the B-schools in India offer course in the field at the undergraduate, diploma and certificate level. Some of the institutes also offer the course at the postgraduate diploma level. To be eligible for the UG courses, one has to clear 10+2 in any stream, from any recognised state/national Board.
