Explore ‘Pulse’ at AIIMS Delhi

Pulse is the annual socio-cultural, literary and sports festival at AIIMS in Delhi that pulls in some of the most happening college crowds from across the country. The likes of Euphoria, Kailash Kher, Kunal Ganjawala, Shankar Ehsaan Loy have performed at the fest in the past, but Pulse 2010 promises to be a whole lot bigger. Here are some of the popular events.

Mr and Ms PULSE
Representatives of all colleges battle it out in the closest of contests. Jeers and cheers from the strong spectators can unnerve many a weak heart!
Held on the last day, it is highly anticipated by all the dudes and dudettes at Pulse as an opportunity to showcase their looks, talents and wits. The reason enthusiasts put themselves through the massive exercise that the competition is – Glory, fame and huge prizes!

Gulaal Fine arts festival
With a collage of half a dozen events, this event presents the ideal opportunity for the artists to express themselves in their very own inimitable style. Categories include,
mehendi, rangoli, painting, poster making, clay modelling, t.shirt painting, sketching,
slogan writing, best out of waste.

Harf The literary festival
At your disposal are an array of speaking events, always bearing witness to the fiercest of word-sparring, tongue-lashing and any other hyphenated two word activities you might think of, as well as mind-boggling quizzes, having the capability to intrigue the most “wikid” ones!

The Pulsating Minds Research extravaganza
For all those who love research but never got an opportunity to showcase their innovation and skills, Pulse 2010 presents, an Undergraduate Research Extravaganza, which will give the ignited minds an opportunity to exhibit their efforts in research before the largest congregation of medical students and faculty in the Indian subcontinent.
