Dravid’s 66 helps RR reach 147 for 6 against CSK
After winning the toss and electing to bat, openers Shane Watson and Rahul Dravid gave Rajasthan Royals a solid start to set a 148-run target against Chennai Super Kings.
RR could not sustain the momentum after the CSK broke the opening partnership and started finding wickets in regular intervals pushing the visitors to backfoot.
Dravid struck a 51-ball 66 before he fell trying to fire Randiv beyond the ropes. Watson and Taylor were the other two batsmen who reached double digit braving the CSK bowling attack.
For CSK, Jakati and Morkel picked up two wickets each and Ashwin and Randiv picked up one each to restrict RR to 147 for 6.
Rajasthan have brought in left-arm spinner Nayan Doshi, while Chennai are unchanged for the match.
