UK PM Cameron placed on terror hit list
British Prime Minister David Cameron has been placed on a hit list, recently released by an Al-Qaeda ‘working group’.
The group is assembling assassination targets in Britain, the US and France, the Daily Star reports.
US President Barack Obama top’s the list.
The list also includes British Defence Secretary Liam Fox, MI5 director general Jonathan Evans, Army chief Sir David Richards and Labour Party politician Lord Mandelson.
Author Salman Rushdie and Bank of England governor Mervyn King are also on the hit list.
The working group is believed to have been formed to collect personal information on prominent people who supported the US-led invasion of Afghanistan.
