Pistorius lawyer says girlfriend’s death ‘not a murder’

Defence lawyers for Oscar Pistorius told a bail hearing Tuesday that the famed sprinter was not guilty of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

“We submit it’s not even a murder. There’s no concession that it’s murder,” said Barry Roux, a member of the defence team.
