Make sure you never go to a friend’s tattoo parlour to get inked.

Australia's Queensland Times has reported that a 21-year-old amateur tattoo artist has been charged with two counts of assault after he gave a friend a 15-inch penis tattoo with a slogan saying 'I am gay'.

The unsuspecting victim wanted a simple Yin and Yang symbol. This trend of giving people the wrong tattoos is being labeled as 'Joke tattoos' where tattoo artists ink weird symbols on to your body.

According to Detective Constable Paul Malcolm’s statement in the newspaper, “The victim said he wanted a Yin and Yang symbol with some dragons. He rolled him on to his stomach and the bloke started doing the tattoo and there was another bloke standing there watching saying, ‘Mate, it’s looking really good’.

When he got home he showed it to the person he lives with and she said: ‘I don’t think it’s the tattoo you were after’.”
