Occupy Wall Street protesters checking themselves for sexual diseases - report

Protesters taking part in the 'Occupy Wall Street' movement are now rushing into nearby sex health clinics to check for STDs and HIV infection, the New York Post has claimed.

"Last week was free love," a medical professional was quoted as saying by New York Post, from a clinic located near Zuccotti Park, Lower Manhattan, New York City.

Park officials have admitted that protesters are now concerned about STDs during the movement that has now gone on for months.

"My advice for the protesters would be to practice safer sex. It’s a lot cheaper to buy a condom than get treated for an STD," Dr. Lisa Oldson, medical director of Chicago-based Analyte Health, said,
