Egypt in first post-Mubarak reshuffle
Cairo: Several new ministers were sworn in on Tuesday, in Egypt, in the first cabinet reshuffle since a military council took power, state television announced.
Twelve ministers were replaced, including the oil, culture, health and trade portfolios, and a post of deputy prime minister was created.
The new ministers were sworn in before Field Marshall Hussein Tantawi, the head of a military council which has ruled Egypt since president Hosni Mubarak was ousted on February 11 following more than two weeks of mass protests.
