Big Qaeda Europe plot foiled

Intelligence agencies in Western Europe have uncovered an Al Qaeda terror plot, involving Mumbai-style attacks across Europe — in British, French and German cities.
The Islamist-linked terror plot was hatched in Pakistan, according to reports in Britain. The plan involved simultaneous commando-style raids in London and cities in F

rance and Germany and was in an “advanced, but not imminent stage,” reported SkyNews, adding that the plotters were tracked by spy agencies “for some time”.
The plot had been under way for several weeks and British PM David Cameron was briefed about it during his holiday in Cornwall, the London Times said.
