Warrant against UP CM, 2 others

The court of additional district judge of Faizabad has issued a bailable warrant against UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav, SP MLA Tej Narain Pandey and former Faizabad district magistrate Ajay Shukla in a case of property dispute.

All three have been directed to appear in court on September 23. The case relates to one Ali Baba, resident of Maudaha, who had alleged that SP MLA Tej Narain Pandey got a road and a drain constructed on his land with MLA funds.
