Two flights to bring AP victims from Dehradun
New Delhi: Government of Andhra Pradesh has arranged two flights for today and tomorrow to transport the Uttarakhand flood victim pilgrims from Dehradun to Hyderabad. One flight will leave Dehradun tonight at 11.15 pm. and the second flight leave tomorrow at 5.45 pm. in the evening.
The rescue teams deployed at Dehradun are reviewing the rescue operation everyday and searching all the rehabilitation camps and hospitals for identifying the Andhra pilgrims in addition to liaison with the officials at Uttarkhand central control room and Military official who are dealing the rescue operations. The rescued Andhra pilgrims are treated well and medical teams is being given to them before they send to Hyderabad.
The 24 hours helpline is receiving reminder calls for missing pilgrims. Today, this centre has received 37 reminder calls and our team enquired about 120 compliant in over telephone and asked about whether their relatives reached their respective stations and their wellbeing.
