Trust: Will continue Baba legacy

The trustees of the Sri Satya Sai Central Trust that owns properties worth thousands of crores and runs projects and welfare schemes, vowed to continue the Baba’s legacy despite the enormity of the task ahead due to the absence of Baba’s personal guidance.

The trustees met here on Tuesday for the first time after Baba’s death and passed a unanimous resolution condoling the passing away of Sri Satya Sai Baba, the founder trustee, and hailed his immense contribution to mankind. It is learnt that the issue of Baba’s successor would be decided after the last rites on Wednesday. “The trustees and members of the Council of Management unanimously offer themselves in all humility and with a sense of total unity at the lotus feet of Bhagavan Baba, and earnestly pray to him to guide and inspire all the work they do with Sai’s Vajra Sankalpa,” the trustees said.
