TDP to KCR: Die for Telangana

In their most high-profile attack on the TRS president, Telangana Telugu Desam Forum MLAs on Saturday challenged Mr K. Chandrasekhar Rao to “join them in hanging themselves for the Telangana cause”.

Brandishing a yellow coloured rope at the Gun Park opposite Assembly, TDP MLA Mothupalli Narasimhulu said: “KCR and other TRS leaders promised to die for Telangana. I have bought a rope which is sufficient to both of us.”
“Mr KCR should come here and be ready to die for Telangana. If it is not possible now, let him tell me the date and time, I will bring the rope again,” he said.
Even as Mr Narasimhulu, Mr E. Dayakar Rao, convenor of the Telangana Telugu Desam Forum, and others were blaming KCR for the “death of 700 people for Telangana cause” and allegedly mortgaging the interests of Telangana for Polavaram project work, TRS Vidyarthi activists rushed to the venue to counter them.
