Six youths have been arrested for allegedly gangraping a 24-year-old woman from West Bengal after holding her hostage in a house at Brahmpuri area of this district, police said on Thursday.
A woman, who is reportedly said to be associated with flesh trade, was also arrested from the house during a raid carried out on Wednesday following a complaint by the victim, police said.
The victim, presently employed at a hotel in Lucknow, was brought here nearly a fortnight ago by her colleague Atul Trivedi on the pretext of a new job with better salary.

All the six later gangraped the victim and threatened her life.
