Shri Ram Sena on rampage yet again
Shri Ram Sena goons were on the rampage again on Thursday evening, a day after assaulting noted lawyer and key Team Anna member Prashant Bhushan. They beat up Hazare supporters protesting outside the Patiala House Courts’ gate two against the attack on Mr Bhushan.
Mohammad Saif and Raj Kumar were severely beaten up by the Shri Ram Sena men who had come to court in support of the three accused of assaulting Mr Bhushan.
A Ram Sena man slapped Saif. While the other Hazare supporters fled, the Ram Sena activists caught Raj Kumar and Saif. Raj Kumar, an elderly man, was repeatedly punched and dragged on the road before a jeans-clad youth kicked him in the face, causing the elderly man to bleed. The policemen at the gate only watched as journalists and TV camera crews tried to save the two men.
