Punjab, Haryana hc Unattaches 5 rebel hjc mlas
The Punjab and Haryana high court on Tuesday unattached five Haryana MLAs who defected from Haryana Janhit Congress and joined the Congress in 2009.
The ruling has put the five MLAs in a spot. However, the fact that these five have been unattached from Congress will not really bother the Bhupinder Singh Hooda government. The five MLAs will also now not be able to hold any office. Four of these five will have to give up their ministerial berths. Vinod Bhayana is chief parliamentary secretary, and so is Zile Ram Sharma.
