`Probe will begin once Games end'
The Organising Committee General Secretary, Lalit Bhanot, while briefing the media on Wednesday, stated that the investigations into the corruption charges will begin soon after Games. Mr Bhanot on Wednesday also confirmed that the OC officials will cooperate with the investigating agencies.
"Immediately after the Games get over, the investigation into graft charges will start," Mr Lalit Bhanot on Wednesday said.
The CG Organising Committee is alleged to have paid AM Films, an Indian-owned firm in London, over œ450,000 for services during last year's Queen's Baton Relay inaugural without proper tendering and paperwork.
Two aides of CGOC chief Suresh Kalmadi were suspended after an enquiry found that an email from the Indian high commission in London, on the basis of which the firm was hired, was tampered with.
Meanwhile, the CGOC treasurer Anil Khanna quit in the wake of allegations that his son's firm was unduly favoured in ordering the synthetic turf for the tennis stadium for the Games.

New Delhi
Oct. 13: "All tickets for the Games events and the closing ceremony have been sold out. Thanks for the support," stated the Organising Committee (OC) in the official Commonwealth Games website. The OC's statement ended the confusion that tickets were still left unsold. Earlier in the day, officials attending calls in the CWG helpline were reportedly saying that the tickets for the closing ceremony are still available.
"The tickets in the `750 bracket were sold out quite a long time back. After that, the ones in the `4,000 category were also sold out," the manager said.
