Man guns down sons in Indoor

Furious over a family feud, a man allegedly gunned down two of his sons at Sadarbazaar area here in the wee hours today, police said.

Accused Mumtazudeen (45) was arrested for the twin murder of his sons--Mohd Iqbal (26) and Mohd Bilal (24) respectively, investigating officer, Sunil Kumar Uikey, of Sadar Police Thana said.

One of the deceased was doing a computer job, while another was involved in embroidery work, he said.

The accused was working at an arm shop and possesses two licenses for guns, which he used in the killing, the officer said.

The bodies were sent for postmortem to MY Hospital and furhter investigations are on, he added.
